Lisa has been a registered dietitian since 1992. She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of North Carolina in Chapel-Hill. She spent time doing internships at Forsyth County Health Department, Forsyth Memorial Hospital, The University of Massachusettes Medical Center and the Harvard School of Public Health.
Prior to private practice she served as Nutrition Services Director in a large long term care facility. She also worked as a Health Care Specialist for a food service distributor doing menu planning, heath care training sessions, customer care and staff education.
Lisa has a passion for educating people about the importance of a healthy diet. Whether it is for prevention or medical nutrition therapy, she will meet the client where they are and guide them to healthier habits. She is a native of North Carolina and is married with three children. |
