I have been a registered dietitian for 18 years in the Charlotte and surrounding area.  I earned my undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition from Appalachian State University and my master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University. 

I have worked extensively with clients to help improve cholesterol and blood sugar levels as well as achieve weight loss. 

I live in Waxhaw, NC, with my husband and two sons.  In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, cooking, and spending time with my family.
