Diane Lancaster is a Registered Dietitian with her Masters Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from James Madison University. She completed her medical internship at the VA Hospital in Hampton, VA. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist with American College of Sports Medicine and is a fitness professional who specializes in strength training, running, and triathlons.
Diane originally began her dietetic career in the clinical setting working with cardiac, maternal and dialysis patients. She then moved to outpatient work with Diabetic and cardiac rehab clients. She has worked extensively in the last decade with sports nutrition for all ages, weight loss, weight management, hyperlipidemia and vegetarian nutrition. She currently is working with diabetic, weight loss, hyperlipidemia, and sports nutrition for training and competition.
Diane was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia but has lived in Charlotte, NC for 18 years.
