Carrie is a Registered Dietitian with a strong passion for helping people achieve and maintain optimal health through proper nutrition. She recently returned home to North Carolina after living in Chicago, where she worked with individuals seeking weight modification, decreased medication dependency, and/or diabetes, hypertension, or other disease management.
Carrie has completed Level I Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as Duke Integrative Medicine’s Integrative Health Coach Professional Training Program. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
In her spare time she loves to ride horses, cook, explore the outdoors, and spend time with family.
