Our Registered Dietitians are specialists in nutrition. We provide our clients with a personal meal plan that is customized to meet the needs of the individual, based on your lifestyle and food preferences. Contact us today to schedule a visit.

MDD's Cancellation Policy

At MDD, Inc. we do our best to accommodate our client's appointment requests. A last minute cancellation or no-show is time another client could have used. If you must cancel or re-schedule, please do so Prior to 24 Hours of your appointment time.

Due to the personalized nature of our practice and the amount of time and research that goes into each clients's individualized needs, MDD has instituted a policy of charging clients
$25
for cancellations and reschedule requests that are not made prior to 24 hours of your appointment time. This includes all missed appointments (no-shows) also.

The staff at MDD will make all attempts to give clients a complimentary confirmation call 48 hrs (+/-) preceding the appointment, though it is the client's responsibility to remember their appointment time.
